Three Men Plead Guilty in $4M Burglary Ring Targeting South Asian Homes Across 25 Massachusetts Towns

Three men have pleaded guilty in a massive burglary ring that spanned 25 towns over six years. The Middlesex District Attorney says the three, from Rhode Island, pleaded guilty to burglary, breaking-and-entering and more to 43 break-ins Hopkinton, Bellingham, Franklin, Medway, Millis, Southborough and other towns from July 2018 to March 2024. The DA says they targeted Indian and South Asian communities and were going after precious metals in valuable heirlooms with a total after the six years of more than $4 million in stolen property. They were sentenced to between nine and 13 years.
