The Rotary Club of Southborough has raised $4,800 to help bring food to some of the thousands of people still living in temporary housing in Los Angeles following the massive wildfires there in January. The Community Advocate reports $3,000 came from the Southborough community and $1,800 from Rotary District 7910. The money will help residents and first responders in Altadena where nearly 6,000 homes were destroyed, displacing about 18,000 people who are still in the process of rebuilding.
