A teenager accused of stealing a car in Vermont has been arrested in Milford. Milford Police say an officer doing a routine patrol Friday night near the Milford Portuguese Club spotted an SUV parked suspiciously and when he ran the plates, they did not match the SUV. Turns out it was stolen and when officers tried to take the driver into custody, he ran off but was caught a short time later. The 18-year-old from Revere faces a long list of charges. Three other people that were in the SUV ran off but police know who they are.
