One person is seriously hurt after a Sunday night crash in Blackstone in which an SUV ended up on top of another SUV, with both of them smashed up against a tree. Blackstone Fire Chief Kevin Roy says it happened around 9:30pm on Main Street when one SUV crashed into someone’s driveway and rolled up on top of an SUV that was parked there. Chief Roy says firefighters from Woonsocket and North Smithfield helped with extricating the driver and then established a medical helicopter landing zone to fly the 63-year-old driver to a hospital. His condition is not known.
