By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – There’s a hearing this Friday for a suspended Milford police officer to make his case for reinstatement to the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission. The POST Commission suspended Timothy Brennan this month while they investigate why he didn’t report his years-later knowledge of an alleged sexual assault by another officer while working as a Hopkinton cop. Brennan has said the victim asked him not to report it. The POST Commission is looking into whether that was a violation of police policy.
