Now that the State Department of Public Utilities has approved the Medway Grid Battery Energy Storage Project the town is reminding residents to take a look at the project website to get familiar with it. The Medway Grid BESS will use a group of rechargeable batteries to store excess electrical energy at times of low demand, which can be used during times of high demand.
