About a dozen residents turned out Tuesday night for a public meeting on a proposed new Elmwood School in Hopkinton. There’s a Special Town Meeting November 13 and a Special Town Election November 28 about the $158 million dollar elementary school that would go on Hayden Rowe Street. The Hopkinton Independent reports concerns included the costs of traffic changes and stormwater management, both of which officials say are already budgeted into the cost. The next public meeting is November 7.
