SOUTHBOROUGH — Town Meeting voters will decide tonight what steps to take regarding Neary Elementary School.
The Special Town Meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Trottier Middle School. Four options will be presented: conducting a feasibility study for upgrades while keeping current grade configurations; studying renovations and reconfigurations for Neary, Trottier Middle School, and Finn Elementary; expanding Finn Elementary and eventually closing Neary; or approving an immediate $6.85 million project to replace Neary’s roof and address ADA and other code compliance issues.
Residents will vote on how to proceed with the school’s future.
