SOUTHBOROUGH – A company based in Southborough has sold off one of its business divisions.
Data Processing Solutions, which provides payment services nationwide, has sold its Petroleum Processing Solutions division to Nashville-based Celero Commerce. That division specializes in pay-at-the-pump systems for independent gas stations.
The company will continue operating its remaining seven divisions, and there has been no announcement regarding any impact on local jobs.
