By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – South Main Street has been reopened at Mendon Street in Uxbridge after a building collapsed under some heavy rain last week. The building at 2 South Main suffered structural damage with the rain collapsing part of the roof which sent bricks falling down onto Mendon Street. Several residents had to leave their homes and belongings. If you’d like to help, the People First Food Pantry has set up a collection. Meanwhile businesses along this stretch have lost a lot of business due to the road closure and city officials are asking that you consider them as you do your holiday shopping.
How do you send your Holiday greetings?
