A 10-megawatt solar array with a 15-megawatt battery storage system has officially opened in Holliston. The Worcester Business Journal reports Altus Power of Stamford Connecticut is operating the array which they say can power 150 homes. It’s currently running under a deal with a regional supermarket and some residents under a state program. Altus says they envision expanding their storage systems as more homeowners say they want their own back-up power as well as electric vehicle charging.
