BLACKSTONE – The Selfie Elfie in Blackstone is back, and this year it comes with a charitable twist. The Blackstone Parks and Recreation Commission says all Selfie Elfie photo opportunities are now located at the Blackstone Municipal Center, giving families a single, festive spot to visit throughout December.
Starting Monday, families can also support neighbors in need by dropping donations into a special Food Pantry “gift” box, provided by Walsh Builders. The donation station will remain open throughout the season for anyone wishing to contribute.
Meanwhile, Blackstone’s Annual Tree Lighting will take place this Sunday at 5 p.m., offering another chance for the community to come together and celebrate.
