The search is narrowing to lead the Hopkinton Parks & Recreation Department. At their meeting this week the search committee whittled four candidates down to two: Jonathan Lewitus and Mark Kelly. The Hopkinton Independent reports they will next have background checks done as well as interviews with the town human resources director after which there will be follow up interviews and a vote within the next few weeks. Former Parks & Recreation Director Jay Guelfi retired earlier this summer.
