MILFORD – Scout Troop 4, sponsored by St. Mary of the Assumption in Milford, is holding a town-wide Christmas tree pickup tomorrow as a fundraiser for its scouting units.
From 8:45 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., scouts and volunteers will travel around town collecting Christmas trees and transporting them to the town compost facility. The troop is also looking for additional help, including volunteers with pickup trucks or trailers to assist with the collection. Those interested in helping are asked to meet at Milford Town Hall at 8:45 a.m., dressed warmly and wearing work gloves. More information is available at https://www.troopwebhost.org/Troop4Milford.
