A Hopkinton School Committee member has resigned to take a job with the town. Holly Morand announced Friday that she will be working with the Hopkinton Youth & Family Services. She tells the Hopkinton Independent it is her dream job to be a resource counselor and case manager for HYFS but it would be a conflict of interest to serve on the School Committee. She says she can still keep her position on the Commission on Disabilities. Morand’s two year term would be up in May.
