A close call for some Milford drivers after a 60,000-pound piece of construction equipment went careening across an intersection. It happened last Friday on Cedar Street at Fortune Blvd where Milford Police say the front-end loader experienced a brake failure and it went through the intersection, hitting one vehicle and several road signs before coming to rest against a utility pole. Chief Robert Tusino calls it a miracle no one was seriously injured. You can see video on the Milford Police social media.
