By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Two men from Rhode Island are now facing charges in connection with the death of a man at a Patriots game in September. Dale Mooney died after a fight at Gillette Stadium. Following an extension investigation John Vieira and Justin Mitchell are both charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officials say while the medical examiner ruled Mooney’s death a homicide as the result of cardiac dysrhythmia from a physical altercation, there was not enough evidence to prosecute the men for homicide.
