Artists, you have until the end of this week to register for the Town of Franklin’s second annual Fire Hydrant Painting Event. Anyone can enter with a design that should be appropriate for a public space such as a theme inspired by the historic places, people and events in Franklin, or a whimsical or humorous twist that will make viewers smile or perhaps something that uniquely connects a particular fire hydrant with its location. Registration is open until Friday August 11 and chosen artists will be notified by August 25. Get all the rules on the Town Website.
