A big piece of real estate on Quarry Drive in Milford reportedly has a new owner. Global investment firm Realterm which is based in Maryland has bought the outdoor storage and truck maintenance facility at 130 Quarry Drive. The Worcester Business Journal reports the 7.2-acre site includes a 14,000-square-foot maintenance building with nine drive-in shop doors and a fueling station. Realterm said in a statement they wanted it because there is as high demand for land around the I-495 belt.
