Real Estate Activity Surges in Norfolk County

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Real estate seems to be moving again in Norfolk County. Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell says activity jumped 8% from March to April, and this April was 9% percent more active than a year ago. O’Donnell says the average sale price of commercial and residential properties for April 2024 was $1.03 million, which is 12% higher than April 2023 with the total dollar volume of commercial and residential sales up 28% from last year and up 13% from last month.
