MassDOT is holding a public meeting this evening to explain the rebuild of the Mass Pike / I-495 interchange. Officials will explain how and why they are redoing what they call the “overloaded and unsafe” interchange which entails better ramp spacing, acceleration, and deceleration lanes and new bridges on I-495 over I-90, over the train tracks, over Flanders Road, and on Fruit Street. You will be able to ask questions. The meeting is at 6 p.m. tonight. Get the details on how to watch on the MassDOT website.
