The Hopkinton Select Board has scheduled a public hearing over whether Hiller’s Pizza should be allowed to keep their license following the owner’s conviction for indecent assault. The Select Board will consider Hiller’s common victualer’s license on Thursday September 4 at Hopkinton High School. Owner Peter Sismanis is currently in prison but had transferred ownership of the business to his wife while his case was going through the courts. The restaurant has reportedly seen protests calling for its closure.
