MEDWAY – Plans are taking shape for a significant redevelopment along Medway’s Route 109 corridor. Town officials say that on Wednesday, a development company presented its vision for transforming the stretch between the Mobil station and Elm Street into a mixed-use community hub.
The proposal calls for 267 residential units combined with several small-scale commercial spaces, including a bank, a fast-casual restaurant, a general store, and a gas station. The project is designed to bring both new housing options and convenient neighborhood services to the area.
Town officials note that additional details will be released once the formal application is filed, and a public hearing will be scheduled to allow residents to learn more and weigh in on the plans.
