MILFORD – A Milford man has been arrested for a Sunday night attempted armed robbery at Riverside Gas that was caught on surveillance video. Police allege Adam Busuito was wearing a mask when he tried unsuccessfully to take money from the cash register, but he did manage to grab several packs of cigarettes before running off.
With assistance from Milford and State Police K-9 units, officers located Busuito walking just a few blocks away. Nearby, police recovered a Walther BB gun along with the mask and clothing seen in the surveillance footage.
Busuito faces a range of charges, including armed robbery and assault and battery on a police officer.
