Plans have been scrapped for a cannabis growing and production facility on Millennium Drive in Grafton. A division of the Jushi Company, which operates a few dispensaries in the area, has sold their land at 8 Millennium Drive to a Northborough company. A Jushi official told the Worcester Business Journal the cannabis business has too many headwinds with the lack of federal cannabis banking rules plus the overall cost of business going up while the basic retail prices of pot products are going down.
