FRANKLIN – A person who was hit by a car while walking near the Del Carte Conservation Area Monday morning has died.
Franklin Police say the individual was struck on Pleasant Street around 8 a.m. and was flown to a hospital, where they were pronounced dead Monday afternoon. The victim’s name has not been released.
State Police and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office are assisting Franklin Police with the investigation. No information about the driver has been released.
