FRANKLIN – The Franklin Department of Public Works will be repaving a portion of Union Street next week. Work starts Monday that will close Union Street from School Street to Arlington Street. Detours will be in place and may change daily so you’re going to want to plan for another route and for your trip to take a little longer for the whole week.
