ByMyFM’s Claire Beverly – The old roller-skating rink off Milk Street in Westborough is about to be reborn as a self-storage facility with a couple of new buildings alongside it. Two separate but adjacent properties on Milk Street and Turnpike Road were sold to developers who plan not just the storage complex but also a new 20,000-square-foot office and warehouse for M.A. Restoration and a building for EverRise financial services. M.A. Restoration broke ground on their building yesterday and said construction should take about a year.
