By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Affordable housing is the subject when the Northbridge Planning Board holds a workshop next month. The Board is looking into developing a 40R Smart Growth District. There is a workshop set for January 14 at Northbridge Community Planning & Development on Providence Road. They will be looking at the merits of 40R Smart Growth Zoning, the application process, and suitable locations.
