O’Donnell says June saw increases in both property sales and mortgage activity from month-to-month as well as year-to-year.  However, he says prices are down with the average sale price for commercial and residential properties in June $1.153 million, which is 17% down from May and about 1% down from June 2024 and O’Donnell calls that good news for prospective buyers.
