By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Norfolk County property sales in February were up from a year ago for the second month in a row. Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell says looking at the recordings from the past few months indicates that real estate activity in Norfolk County seems to be holding steady with some increases in property sales. He points out it’s still very early in the year, and with the traditional home buying season yet to begin, it’s important to monitor trends to see if this positive momentum will be sustained throughout the year.
