Nomination papers are now available for Franklin’s Biennial Town Election which is set for November 7. You can pick up papers now at the town Clerk’s office and they are due back by September 6. Available seats include two on the Board of Assessors, two on Board of Health, three Constables and three seats on the Planning Board, seven seats on the School Committee and nine seats on the Town Council. The School Committee and Town Council are two-year terms and the rest are four-year terms.
