No one was hurt in the crash of a construction crane that closed Granite Street in Hopkinton for several hours Monday. Hopkinton Police say around 10:30am the crane driver veered off the side of the road and partially tipped over. The Massachusetts State Police Truck Team was called in to investigate and determine that the driver just got too close to the side of the road and was pulled into the ditch. Police did not say if he was cited. Ted’s of Southboro was brought in to pull the crane back onto the road.
