There’s a scam in Grafton with someone going door to door for those in danger of property tax non-payment offering to buy their Tax Title listings or property, allegedly telling residents that the Town will be taking their property. Town Administrator Evan Brassard says they have specific procedures for tax non-payment and says no one ever comes to your door and all correspondence comes via certified mail or the Sheriff’s Office.
