By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Twist Bakery & Café in Millis has been named one of the top 10 best gluten-free bakeries in the country by USA Today. Twist owner Kathryn Ernst tells the Milford Daily News one reason for their selection in the competitive category is the wide array of their offerings including catering and their selection of gluten-free pies and side dishes which people need for Thanksgiving. This is the second time Twist – which opened in 2011 and has a second location in Burlington – has made the USA Today top ten list.
