It’s more than two years in prison for a Millis man convicted of making threats against synagogues. Last week a federal judge sentenced John Reardon to 26 months in federal prison and three years’ probation for the series of incidents in 2024 in which prosecutors said he made threats to two local synagogues and called the Israeli consulate nearly 100 times, making “harassing and intimidating” statements. His lawyer argued he was suffering from mental anguish at the time and had no prior history.
