Millis officials are looking for leaks in the sewer system and so will be going through town doing inspections of some homes and businesses. Town DPW workers and crews from consultant GCG Associates are on the hunt to stop sources of extraneous groundwater and stormwater which they hope will cut down on sewer backups as well as lower costs. They need to inspect all the buildings and properties where the leaks are found. Inspections will be done weekdays 8am to dusk and will take about 15-20 minutes.
