MILFORD — Milford’s Welcome Santa Christmas Parade is set for this Sunday, December 7, bringing a beloved holiday tradition back to town. Milford Firefighters Local 2140 is once again presenting the festive community parade, which will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Veterans Memorial Drive.
The parade will feature floats and walkers from businesses and organizations across Milford, along with plenty of decorated fire trucks. Awards will be given out for Best Decorated Floats and Best Decorated Trucks.
Milford Police advise that road closures along Main Street on the parade route will begin at 4 p.m., so plan accordingly if traveling through the area.
