Vantage Health and Rehab in Milford has apparently been sold. Azure Healthcare of Westborough, which operates four other nursing homes in Massachusetts, has reportedly bought the Vantage property for about $6.75 million although that may not include the price of the business itself. The Worcester Business Journal reports the Vantage has been managed by Vantage Care, which manages four other facilities in the state, but the Milford facility is no longer listed on Vantage Care’s website.
