MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford’s Consigli Construction is inside a push-and-pull of lawsuits in the wake of the bankruptcy of a property it was building. The suits center on Heywood Memorial Hospital’s Grafton surgical pavilion, which Heywood stopped building in June due to a bankruptcy filing. The Worcester Business Journal reports Consigli has sued Heyward and its property associates for more than $9 million for non-payment. Now two subcontractors are reportedly suing Consigli for money they say they are owed.
