Milford’s Annual Menorah Car Parade to Celebrate First Night of Hanukkah on Sunday

MILFORD – The Chabad House Community Jewish Center’s Menorah Car Parade is this Sunday, December 14, bringing a festive celebration of the first night of Hanukkah to several local communities. The annual event features a parade of vehicles topped with menorahs traveling through the region, beginning at 2:30 p.m. at the Chabad Center in Milford.

The parade will make three ceremonial menorah-lighting stops throughout the afternoon:

  • Medway’s Choate Park at 3:30 p.m.

  • Franklin Town Common at 4:15 p.m.

  • Bellingham Town Common at 5 p.m.

Each stop will include latkes, donuts, music, and dancing as the community gathers to mark the start of the holiday. The event is free and open to all.
