MILFORD – Management of Milford’s curbside trash and recycling program will officially move from the Board of Health to the Highway Department on July 1st, though residents should not expect any noticeable changes to service.
Town officials say the transition reflects the Board of Health’s growing public health responsibilities and aligns Milford with how most communities manage solid waste programs. Collection schedules, pickup procedures, and recycling services will remain unchanged following the transfer.
