Milford Town Park is getting another update with help from a federal grant. The $1.3 million Community Development Block Grant will go toward new walkways, fencing, lighting, basketball courts, an outdoor fitness activity center, and some improvements to ADA-compliance. The Daily News reports the funding will likely be triggered in October and then allocating it to the Park must be approved by Town Meeting, likely at the October 30 Town Meeting, and then the work could begin either next spring or summer.
