MILFORD – Milford is holding a Special Town Meeting on February 9 at Town Hall.
The warrant includes just one article, which concerns a building and a parcel of land at 6 Park Terrace, located near the Milford Police Station.
The article asks whether the Town will appropriate funds to either purchase the property or take it by eminent domain. If approved, the building would be demolished and the land placed under the control of the Select Board.
