A Milford teen has been arrested on gun charges. Milford Police say on Monday afternoon they were called for a situation involving four people and a gun. During their investigation, detectives and patrol officers discovered a 9mm firearm and a high capacity 9mm magazine, containing full metal jacket ammo. They say Kevin Batista was arrested for having a gun and ammo without an FID Card as well as possession of a large capacity firearm. Police have not identified the others involved.
