UPTON – Blackstone Valley Tech has named Milford senior Andrew Dolan its Outstanding Vocational Technical Student of the Year. School officials praised Dolan for his achievements in academics, vocational training, and community service.
Dolan is enrolled in the school’s Health Services program and volunteers with several organizations while also working as a medical-surgical inpatient clinical technician at UMass Memorial in Marlborough and participating in an emergency medicine internship at Milford Regional Medical Center.
