The Daily News reports former Chief Thomas O’Loughlin, who currently serves on the Milford Select Board, sued the town and former Select Board members William Kingkade Jr. and William Buckley for defamation for a letter they wrote and released to the media with what O’Loughlin’s attorney had called false allegations intended to tarnish his reputation.
