By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford Regional Medical Center is inviting you to participate in an online survey to help them better understand the healthcare needs and issues throughout the community. They say the online survey is an important step in completing the hospital’s Community Health Needs Assessment, which determines the priorities of Milford Regional’s Community Benefits Committee over the next three years. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. You must be 18 or older. The survey is open until July 29.
