Milford Regional Medical Center Implements New Code of Conduct to Promote Respectful Behavior

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford Regional Medical Center has adopted a new Patient and Visitor Code of Conduct. They say it’s aimed at promoting respectful behavior from patients and visitors in response to the growing number of acts of violence and aggressive behavior toward healthcare workers across the state and country. It includes words or actions that are considered disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, hostile or harassing as well as disrupting another patient’s care or experience. They are posting it all around their facilities.
