Milford Regional Medical Center has been recognized as a 2023 top teaching hospital in the nation by the Leapfrog Group. The Leapfrog Group is a national watchdog focused on healthcare safety and quality. Milford Regional is one of only two hospitals in Massachusetts to receive the honor; the other is Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In addition, and for the 11th consecutive time, Leapfrog also awarded Milford Regional an “A” for Patient Safety in protecting patients from accidents, injuries, errors and infections.
